Felix responded quickly to our phone call. He arrived shortly after we spoke to give us an estimate of what needed to be done. We were trying to replace a double bowl cast iron sink set in granite with a new stainless single bowl sink. He took meticulous measurements and was able to fit us in that day! He removed the old sink, garbage disposal and recut our sink opening to fit the new sink. We were impressed with how he used filtered vacuums to catch all the granite dust. The new sink fits like a glove!

My new stove had just been delivered but would not fit into its space because of the granite countertop. I called Carolina Custom Granite for help. Felix was superb. He was at my house within 2 hours & shaved down the granite in less than 2 hours. He covered my kitchen counters with canvas so the dust would not settle on them. The outcome was amazing & looked brand new. He also took the time to level the stove with the countertop. If you need any granite work done, I highly recommend Felix with his 20 plus years of experience. You will not be disappointed.

Felix did an amazing job with repairing my sink. He was very attentive to my phone calls and kept me up-to-date as to when he was able to make the appointment and he even called me 30 minutes before he arrived. He was able to explain what happened and what caused the sink to separate from the granite. He was efficient and very knowledgeable and left the area cleaner than it was before he got there. I would highly recommend him 100%.

I had my porcelain sink repaired along with some work on my granite countertop, and I am very pleased with the results. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and careful throughout the job. This was a great experience. It was more than what we could have asked for. I’ve read through reviews and kept seeing the name Felix and how wonderful of a job he does. We were hoping to get Felix as a sales person and we did. Outstanding job from the initial visit to the final install.
